Motivation

Take a moment to look at your
motivations deeply.... when i do this exercise, i deconstruct or
reduce my motivations (often) to fear. And a lot of that fear is
related to the body, and in particular dying. For example, if you
didn’t need to eat or have clothes or a roof over your head would
you work? If you were assured of enough money in retirement, would
you stay in the job you in which you are currently employed? If you
weren’t afraid of dying (confident that you were eternal) what
would you do differently? Perhaps it would be an excuse to delay
enlightenment, but perhaps it would also free you (me) to take the
“chance” of doing something differently. of doing what really fires
you up.

“So you think that’s air you’re breathing?” Hmmm.
