Do you need some help with learning the basics and problem solving? Want to develop your own web site? Don’t know how to iChat yet? I can help.
I have 8 years of personal experience working with Macs and associated software. I have the patience and knowledge to help you do what needs to be done. In many cases I can point you to free or low cost software that will help you. Hate Microsoft Word? You don’t need it at all. There is a wonderful free (donations encouraged) suite called NeoOffice that will open and save MS Word documents as well as Powerpoint and Excell.
Once you are set up on iChat I can share your screen (with your permission, of course) and we can talk about whatever you need.
