I wanted to thank you for sharing your Reiki CD with me. I have used it quite often since I got it and it's very helpful; It's a very good guide. I find that when I used to do a Reiki treatment on myself that I would fall asleep before the end of the treatment, but the guiding makes it more systematic and more powerful, so it's very good. Your voice is verrry nice and the waves are quite nice as well. When I wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time getting back to sleep I often use it then, and it's very helpful, so thank you. This CD is 73 minutes long; the initial chime allows you and your client a minute to become settled for your treatment after which a double chime signals the first hand position. The first three hand positions are at 3 minute intervals and the rest are 5 minutes each. A final double chime signals the end.
