Yoga Courses
As a result of the coming move I am offering drop-in classes and 5-week registrations for:
- a 2 hour yoga class (wed)
- an iRest Yoga Nidra practice class
Courses are on-going
Wednesday Evenings 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
1 Intermediate Drop-in Yoga Class $25
5 Drop-in Yoga Classes $125
Thursday Evenings 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. iRest Practice $75 (April 16th - May 14th)
This is designed to meet the needs of students who have gone through the Learning Course and wish to continue to practice, however it is also open to people new to iRest Yoga Nidra. There will be a brief introduction to elements of the practice. For a more in-depth experience you might wish to take the iRest Learning Course.
